Test drove several cars with Budget/Kilburn cars. Sam was great to deal with and helped us look at several wagons. She was friendly and didn't push us to make any decisions but was always available for questions and responded straight away. Had visited the yard 2 weeks ago and dealt with Raj. I wasn't sure which car I wanted to purchase and Raj was so helpful. Allowed me to test drive 3 cars but didn't try to rush me or be pushy. I didn't purchase that day but went back yesterday. Saw Raj again and he remembered who I was. Raj was awesome to deal with allowed me to take the car for another test drive which helped me decide so I purchased the car. We first visited and didn’t like the car, then we saw another one, called Olivia, Olivia assisted to have a look around the vehicle as it a long for a us to travel with the kid, she checked those things that I first for the first car, and she assisted the best she could.
